Olla Cafe — Terms of Service

Welcome to Olla Cafe. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund issued to the customer.
2. Pre-Order Requirement
All orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the selected pickup time. Same-day orders are not accepted.
3. Pickup Only
Olla Cafe operates on a pickup-only basis. We do not offer delivery. Customers are responsible for collecting their order from the selected branch within the specified time.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods available at checkout.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
7. Product Availability
All cakes are made fresh to order. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

مرحباً بك في أولا كافيه. بتقديمك طلباً عبر موقعنا، فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية.
1. الطلبات
جميع الطلبات مشروطة بالتوافر والتأكيد. نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ.
2. شرط الطلب المسبق
يجب تقديم جميع الطلبات قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الاستلام. لا تُقبل الطلبات في نفس اليوم.
3. الاستلام فقط
يعمل أولا كافيه على أساس الاستلام من الفرع فقط. لا يتوفر توصيل. العميل مسؤول عن استلام طلبه من الفرع المختار في الوقت المحدد.
4. الأسعار
جميع الأسعار بالريال العُماني وتشمل الضرائب المعمول بها. الأسعار عرضة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
5. الدفع
يُطلب السداد الكامل عند تقديم الطلب. نقبل الدفع بالبطاقات الائتمانية والخصم وغيرها من الطرق المتاحة عند الدفع.
6. الإلغاء والاسترداد
يُرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الاسترداد للاطلاع على التفاصيل الكاملة.
7. توفر المنتجات
جميع الكيكات تُحضَّر طازجة حسب الطلب. في حال عدم توفر صنف بعد تأكيد طلبك، سنتواصل معك لتقديم بديل أو استرداد كامل.
